Working in the heart of the city this Company has gone from strength to strength and is now looking to recruit a PA to the CEO. This is a role that you can make your own and grow within this niche and exciting organisation.

•     Diary Management
•     Organising and booking reservations for client entertainment acrossLondon
•     Organising Travel toParis,Sydney, andJohannesburg.
•     Processing expenses for credit card and cash purchases.
•     Binding and collating PowerPoint presentations
•     Ordering Stationery and office supplies
•     Processing invoicing in Sterling Euro and Dollars in respect of client services product licenses
•     Liaising with facilities
•     Extensive liaison with Australia andHong Kongoffices
•     Dealing with client events/entertainment i.e. Wimbledon
•     Meeting and greeting clients
•     Ordering lunches and refreshments for client meetings
•     Willing to roll up your sleeves when tasks need to be completed
•     Self starter
•     Motivated
•     Confident communicator
•     Shareholder experience desirable
•     French Language skills desirable
•     PA experience within a financial organisation essential

Hours 8.30 - 5.30
