Due to their continued success they have a new opening for an Executive Assistant to join their flourishing team. This is so much more than a support role. Whilst you will be doing some of the more traditional EA/PA support functions i.e. organising travel and diary management, meeting planning, document production, prpearign expenses filing etc.. for one the founding partners you will also be very much involved in the research and planning and pitch preparation for various assignments. The variation of the role includes co-ordinating various lunch events, assisting in Marketing and getting involved wherever possible. This company really looks after it's staff and it's all about the people: this is reflected in the non-hierarchical structure where everyone works as a team and everyones opinion matters.
This role would suit a naturally pro-active fix-it person who knows their own mind and is happy to throw themselves into the job! The ideal candidate will have very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook as well as fast and accurate typing, strong and confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
