PA to Chief Marketing Officer (Board level)

A completely new vacancy for a corporate firm that is rapidly expanding. This role is working on a 1:2:1 basis:

• Provide high level support to the CMO
• High level administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature
• Complex diary management
• Extensive travel arrangements, liaising with overseas VIP’s and their retrospective teams, flights, visa’s and logistics
• Co-ordination of meetings internally/externally, sourcing the venue, ordering catering, making sure the CMO is prepared with papers in advance
• Arranging Board Meetings and papers

Ideally they are looking for a graduate (or graduate calibre) from a FTSE 250 background. You must have a steady CV and experience of working on a 1:2:1 basis at a senior level.
