What gets your boss’s goat about air travel? The wasted time spent at the airport, the airline food or the confined space?

A new poll has revealed that air passengers main complaint was checked luggage charges - closely followed by the cost of the ticket and rude or unhelpful airline staff. Unsurprisingly, delays with flights was a bugbear for many passengers - but not as big a complaint as the lack of information that typically surrounds delays. It seems passengers are comfortable with delays provided they are kept in the know. Other sources of frustration when flying included fellow passengers - with hogging seats and taking up too much carry-on space frowned upon. But it seems that air passengers are now accepting that no trip would be complete without the expected lengthy queues to check in or board and the rigorous security checks - as neither were listed as top complaints about travel.
