If there’s one thing we know about PAs it’s that they rarely have enough hours in the day and that their role keeps them busy. However, new research from HireScores.com reveals that time poor PAs may in fact be in the minority as almost half of the British workforce confesses to wasting around a third of their day, pretending to work. The research found that a massive 96 per cent of respondents admitted typical word avoidance techniques such as making tea, chatting at the water cooler, surfing the net or tidying desks, with the average worker shying off work for 2 hours, 20 minutes each day.?
