Temperatures have plummeted but despite the return of the cold weather some staff are?costing their employers a fortune in energy bills.?Research, by E.ON revealed that close to?a fifth of UK workers control the?office thermostat which means arguements are likely as employees differ on preferred office temperature while some staff may even go as far as turning up in T-shirts and hiking up the thermostat to compensate. All of this could end up costing British firms millions of pounds in higher energy bills this winter.?
