Longer working hours, increased after-hours socialising and more collaboration on projects could lead to one thing only – an office romance! According to Reed more than half of respondents to a poll (54 per cent) confessed to having a secret crush on one of their colleagues, while a third of UK workers admit to exchanging flirty emails despite being in a relationship already. And the old adage ‘don’t mix business with pleasure’ seems to have gone out of fashion as 38 per cent of respondents have had an office romance.
