Executive PA magazine was first published by the Daily Mail group in 1991. This was the first time that a magazine had been produced specifically for high level PAs, EAs and Executive Secretaries. During the Daily Mail’s tenure, the ‘PA of the Year’ award first came into being.

By 2004 the magazine had already run the ‘PA of the Year’ award for years and decided to lay on a celebration gala for finalists and winners for this title, and for another 4 titles:

  • Newcomer of the Year,
  • Best Organised Event,
  • Boss of the Year
  • Employer of the Year.

The awards launched in Australia in 2008. Even in their first year, nominations were received from all over the country and finalists are flown to Sydney to attend the gala dinner.

The 2015 Executive PA Magazine awards will open for nominations in January. If you are a PA, EA or executive level secretary, winning one of these awards is the ultimate accolade.
